Revanth Reddy and Naidu to Join Telugu Conference in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The World Telugu Federation’s (WTF) 12th Biennial International Conference is set to witness a rare occasion as Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu participate in the same event. The three-day conference, celebrating Telugu culture and fostering global connections, will be held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), Madhapur, from January 5 to January 7.

Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the conference on January 5, where he is expected to highlight Andhra Pradesh’s investment opportunities and policies. He will also launch the Telugu Angels programme, aimed at promoting entrepreneurial collaborations among Telugus worldwide, and release the WTF souvenir.

Revanth Reddy will attend the valedictory session on January 7, during which he will discuss the key takeaways from the conference and outline future directions for the Telugu community. He will also unveil “Telugudanam – Telugu Dhanam,” a coffee table book showcasing the heritage and achievements of the Telugu people.

This conference brings both Chief Ministers together for the first time after the Assembly elections in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Their joint presence signifies the importance of the event in strengthening cultural and economic ties. A similar opportunity at the Kamma Global Summit in July 2024 had only Revanth attending, despite Naidu’s initial confirmation
